Laktawan ang galugad

sometimes, it scares me that i might end up like heath ledger.

my grandmother came home from the US. i discovered that she has a bottle of prescription sleeping pills.

the other night, the only thing that ran through my mind was stealing a couple of pills.

  1. It is important to understand what’s causing you not to sleep, as lack of sleep numbs the mind and senses, and decreases the strength of the immune system.

    If it’s insomnia, you have to consult you company doctor. As an insomniac, I have tried many things to manage it… Currently, the one that works is very simple: eating very little at night, and drinking more water.

    If it’s anxiety attack, then you have to face what’s making you anxious. If it is a guilty conscience, seek healing… 🙂
